`PATCH /v1/monitors/{id}`

Updates monitor settings. Changing the webhook URL clears any webhook_failing status.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `bearerAuth`, http, header `Authorization`
- `apiKeyAuth`, apiKey, in header, header `x-api-key`

## Path parameters
